| RHI (Registered Home Inspector) members have demonstrated their proficiency by performing no fewer than 250 fee-paid inspections in accordance with the CAHPI Standard of Practices; they have also passed a series of written examinations testing their knowledge of residential construction, inspection techniques, report writing, and the Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics. Members carry mandatory Errors & Omissions Insurance. Retaining membership requires each Member to earn 40 continuing education credits every two years. A fully accredited CAHPI Member has achieved the status of Registered Home Inspector (RHI). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Associates are working toward completion of 250 fee-paid inspections. They have passed all written examinations necessary for membership and are required to complete inspections to the CAHPI Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics. | Candidates are working toward certification. Candidates may not yet have passed all written examinations and are at various stages in their total inspection requirements. Candidates are not allowed to advertise their association with CAHPI or use the CAHPI logo in any way until Candidates attain the required CAHPI qualifications and Errors and Omissions Insurance for Associate status. CAHPI Manitoba does not publish Candidate names. CAHPI Manitoba currently has Five (5) Candidates. |
